Job Description Job Description Lead Maintenance Supervisor – HVAC & CPO Certified Location: Lake Jackson, TX 77566 Pay: $24–$25/hr (based on experience) | Contract/Temp Role Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Are you an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor ready to take charge? Join BGSF and lead all maintenance operations for a multifamily property in Lake Jackson! This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in HVAC and CPO certification will shine. Job Responsibilities Lead and perform all maintenance tasks for the property Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (must be certified) Oversee preventive maintenance and safety compliance Manage work orders and ensure timely completion Supervise and train maintenance team members Qualifications Required: HVAC Certification/EPA Type II & CPO Certification Proven experience as a Lead Maintenance Supervisor Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team Knowledge of property maintenance standards Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPC BGN BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
