Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an
elementary school in Spring, TX, offering a direct hire opportunity
with a commitment for the current school year (CSY). This role
features a standard workweek of 37.5 to 40 hours, Monday through
Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with the flexibility of two remote
workdays per month. Summer hours are also available to support
work-life balance. Key responsibilities include conducting
evaluations, leading IEP meetings, and supervising Speech-Language
Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). The caseload will primarily focus on
elementary school students, requiring specialized skills in
pediatric speech and language development. Qualifications: Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas Experience working
with elementary school-aged children Ability to perform thorough
speech and language evaluations Strong communication and
collaboration skills for IEP meetings Experience supervising SLPAs
