The ideal candidate will cultivate curiosity, joyful learning, and growth in faith, character, and readiness skills within a safe and structured classroom environment. This full-time position reports to the Principal and Assistant Principal. Qualifications: Commitment to Catholic education and Church teachings Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid teaching certification (or enrolled in a certification program) Early Childhood certification preferred (EC�4 or equivalent) Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Experience establishing consistent classroom routines and behavior expectations Strong communication and partnership skills with parents Ability to monitor developmental progress and support diverse learners Essential Job Functions: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based instruction Support early literacy, numeracy, motor, and social-emotional development Foster independence, positive behavior habits, and foundational learning skills Maintain a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom environment Monitor developmental milestones and readiness skills Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth Participate in school activities and other duties as assigned Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
