Industrial Electrician Location: Port Arthur, TX 77642 Pay Rate:
$28.00 - $30.00/hour (with occasional overtime) Schedule: Monday –
Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; overtime available Type: Contract to
full-time hire Position Overview: Are you a skilled electrician

maintenance and troubleshooting? We are seeking a dedicated
Electrical Technician to support our 24/7 operations in Port
Arthur, TX. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride

Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on
industrial equipment and circuits efficiently. Use diagnostic tools
such as multimeters, amp meters, and megohmmeters to identify
electrical faults. Terminate and connect various types of
electrical equipment following industry standards. Read and
interpret single-line electrical diagrams and schematics
accurately. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
on pumps, motors, and other critical plant equipment. Supervise and
mentor Level 3 technicians, fostering a team-oriented work
environment. Assist project managers in planning, executing, and
documenting electrical projects. Participate in on-call rotations
to support ongoing plant operations—7-day periods as scheduled.
Travel occasionally to other company locations as required. Adhere
strictly to all safety protocols and operational policies to ensure
a safe working environment. Support other duties as assigned by
management to optimize operational efficiency. Qualifications &
Skills: High School diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in
industrial electrical service, maintenance, or installation.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs over extended distances.
Comfortable working outdoors and in adverse weather conditions.
Capable of climbing ladders, stairs, and gangways up to 25 feet
safely. Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work above head for
prolonged periods. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate
company vehicles safely. Must obtain a valid TWIC (Transportation
Worker Identification Credential). Strong communication and
organizational skills. Basic mechanical aptitude and
troubleshooting skills. Capable of working independently or as part
