are looking for a Operations Admin who will support the management
of Wastewater Treatment Plants with the goal of delivering every
project on time, within budget and within scope. This role will
help manage equipment and resources on AUC’s field sites working
closely with the Project Managers, and Field Supervisors. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: · Work safely
and support a strong safety culture · Administer maintenance,
preventive maintenance, inspections of fleet of equipment (cranes,
forklifts, welding machines, work trucks), and schedule and track
maintenance activities · Create and update equipment location
schedules · Manage inventory and coordinate the resources (cranes,
supplies, etc.) needed by field crews · Helping report and track
the per diems for crews on their out-of-town jobs · Manage hotel
reservations through CLC (and other accounts). Provide
reconciliations for travel related expenses · Research supplier
spend within the company accounting and ERP system to make supplier
recommendations · Find and setup vendors to support construction
activities · Gather information to complete and submit the job info
forms · Scheduling material deliveries on field sites to ensure
crews have the resources needed to build each project · Generate
operational reports · Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Qualification/Requirements: Strong track record of working safely
within an organization with a strong safety culture Excellent
internal & external communication skills – both written and verbal.
Experience with fleet management, scheduling, and tracking
preventative maintenance. Solid organizational skills, attention to
detail, and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office, ERP systems, Adobe Acrobat Pro and related
business software. Ability to learn KPA to facilitate the duties
and responsibilities of this role Ability to work well
independently as well as in a team environment Behave Ethically
Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 set days in the office every
week) Able to perform physical job tasks Education/Experience:
University degree preferred. Experience in Project Administration
or in a similar industry is a plus. Bilingual and able to read,
write and speak Spanish proficiently is strongly preferred. How to
