This Registered Nurse (PRN-Hospice) Position Features:

I Am Texas Home Health Hospice?

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

Complete an initial, comprehensive and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine hospice needs.

Communicate with the physician regarding the patient needs and reports changes in the patient?s condition; obtains/receives physicians? orders as required.

Comply with the applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.

Commit to the values and mission of Texas Home Health Hospice.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates

Bachelor?s degree in nursing preferred. Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state

Registered Nurse with minimum one (1) year of hospice experience

Possesses and maintains current CPR certification

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
