Memorial Hermann, a prestigious health system in Texas, is actively seeking a highly skilled PRN RN for our Cath Lab within a multidisciplinary team environment. This role is tailor-made for a dynamic nurse who specializes in Cath Lab operations and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic and supportive setting. The PRN RN will collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an innovative catheterization lab. Administer care and necessary medical procedures for patients in the Cath Lab Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records Educate patients about their conditions and the necessary follow-up treatment Ensure the hygiene and safety of the environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures Proven experience and competency in Cath Lab procedures Strong teamwork skills, ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas BLS/ACLS Certification is mandatory Certification through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
