in accordance with our evidence-based protocols Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated,
comprehensive care Participate in case reviews and consult with
healthcare team members regarding patient progress Educate patients
and their families on recovery processes and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and report on any pertinent
health changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
and monitor for side effects Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare software and systems Ability to
work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of
patient-centered care practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) preferred
