Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our team focused on providing high-quality patient-centered
care in a dynamic inpatient rehabilitation environment. Our RNs
play a crucial role in helping patients recover from illnesses and
injuries, implementing patient-specific treatment plans designed in
collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal
for a compassionate professional eager to contribute to our mission
of setting the standard in post-acute care. Assess patient
conditions through consistent monitoring, documentation, and
communication. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor
reactions. Develop and implement nursing care plans in
collaboration with healthcare team. Educate patients and families
on treatment plans and healthcare needs. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related
results as needed. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic
medical record (EMR) systems Leadership and team collaboration
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
registered nurse licensure in the state of employment. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Certification preferred.
