Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available supporting multiple
schools within the southwest Houston area, specifically in
Richmond, TX. This is a contract position focused on delivering
therapy services to students aged 3 to 21 within an assigned zone,
providing comprehensive evaluations and attending ARD meetings. Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and
develop individualized therapy plans for students. - Participate
actively in ARD meetings to discuss student progress and
collaborate with educators and families. - Manage a caseload of
students across multiple schools within a designated area. -
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with
district policies. Qualifications: - Active Texas OT license is
required. - Experience working within school settings preferred. -
Open to highly qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
(COTAs) with multiple years of school-based experience. - Ability
to obtain district-required fingerprint clearance. - Strong
communication and organizational skills. Location: Richmond, TX
(Southwest Houston area) Work Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35
hours per week. This role offers the opportunity to make a
