Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in a full-time night shift role. As an RRT at HCA Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing specialized respiratory care and support to patients across our diverse care settings. Our RRTs are crucial in managing patient breathing issues and working closely with healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment plans. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement effective treatment plans. Operate and manage respiratory equipment such as ventilators and oxygen supply systems. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and home care treatments. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Expert knowledge of respiratory care practices and procedures Proficiency with respiratory equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification CPR/BLS certification required
