Their team is passionate about delivering exceptional care to elevate the health and independence of every child they serve. Role Description This is a part-time increasing to possible full-time, on-site role for a Physical or Occupational Therapist located in Katy, TX. The Therapist will provide individualized therapy services to pediatric clients to support their toileting independence and improve pelvic health. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with families to provide education and support, and maintaining accurate documentation. Working as part of a dedicated team, the Therapist will play a key role in promoting the overall wellbeing of children and their families. Qualifications Professional expertise in Occupational or Physical Therapy with appropriate Texas licensure Experience working in Pediatrics and a passion for addressing the specialized needs of children Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and other professionals Passion for empowering others and fostering children’s health and independence Bachelor’s, Master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy Previous experience in pediatric pelvic health is a plus but not required Ability to work effectively in an in-person clinical setting
