Neonatal Experience Modified Barium Swallow Study Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Pediatric Experience Adult Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Evaluates speech/language and swallowing abilities of patients who have impairments functional limitation, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status resulting from premature birth, birth injuries, injury, disease, or other causes and synthesizes the data to establish a plan of care through evidence-based practice interventions and goals appropriate to patient s age and development Interacts and collaborates with a variety of professionals to implement and assess the intervention program Completes other duties as assigned Best personality Fit: The selected individual is expected to exhibit high-functioning capabilities, strong self-motivation, and a proactive, go-getter approach to all assigned responsibilities.
