Physical Therapist to join our team in the Healthcare & Medical
Services department. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital
role in making a significant impact on patient rehabilitation care.

patient assessments to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. Through your expertise, you will implement
therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and

effective. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will
monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to
therapies, all while educating patients and families on
rehabilitation techniques and necessary lifestyle adjustments. This

Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 3-5 years of experience
in the field, holding a BA or BS in Physical Therapy or a related
field, with CPR Certification. Conduct comprehensive patient
assessments to develop effective treatment plans. Implement
therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated
patient care. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation
