Job Description Chick-fil-A is looking for passionate,

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Use our CORE 4
model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak
with a friendly tone, and always say ?My Pleasure?. Provide Second
Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent guest
experience. Strive to build great relationships with fellow team
members. Take accurate orders on registers while providing correct
change to guests. Accurately fulfill and deliver guests orders
efficiently. Keep stations stocked and maintain a clean working
environment. Strictly adhere to food safety procedures and
Chick-fil-A?s procedures for operational excellence. Physical
Demands The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job: Capable of working on your feet
for 6-8 hours per day. Physically active for extended periods of
time (standing, walking, bending, leaning, and lifting). Able to
lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis. Able to lift and manipulate
at least 50 pounds from the floor and overhead. Ability to work
outside during all weather conditions (heat, cold and rain). Job
Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be available
to work at least 15 hours per week. Must be available to work at
least two Saturdays per month. Must be able to pass the State of
Texas Food Handlers Certification process. Detail oriented. Ability
to multitask. Work well independently and in a team environment. Be
able to handle directions and feedback during coaching moments.
Show up on time, have a great attitude and a willingness to work
hard. Proactively pursue the certification process and look for
opportunities to be cross trained.
