The Role This role will focus on optimizing core HR functions
(talent, benefits, payroll, time tracking, employee data) within
the Workday platform to boost business performance through
continuous process improvement, system upgrades, data accuracy, and
project management, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle
transactions and strategic alignment. Responsibilities Lead major
HR projects, such as new HR tech rollouts, organizational changes,
or talent management programs, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Design, document, and streamline HR workflows (onboarding,
offboarding, timekeeping, compensation, benefits) for scalability
and efficiency. Analyze HR data to identify trends, report on key
metrics, ensure data integrity, and provide insights for strategic
decisions. Ensure all HR operations and programs adhere to labor
laws, regulations, and company policies. Build relationships with
senior leaders and business partners to align HR initiatives with
strategic objectives and align HR programs with company goals and
values. Leverage cross-functional knowledge and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to effectively support activities by
diagnosing project/program challenges to ensure successful
implementation. Manage and track program resources to ensure
efficient and effective use. Act-as a subject matter expert for HR
programs and provide guidance and support to HR team members and
leaders. Oversee change management and internal communications
across HR lines of business. Develop and maintain relationships
with external partners and vendors to support HR program
initiatives. . Please note this is not an exhaustive list of all

may change in line with business needs. Skills and Qualifications 7
years of experience in a corporate environment in a complex
regulatory environment 5 years’ experience as a Sr. Project manager
in Human Resources managing/ leading project work streams in an
analytical or change management role. 5 years of experience with
Workday Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Time Tracking HR operations
/ project management and process monitoring experience. Experience
with gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
and testing and training during implementation. Ability to adapt to
a rapidly changing environment and manage change for areas of
responsibility. Strong data analytical and problem-solving
capability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must
be able to successfully interact and collaborate with various
levels within the organization. Exceptional customer focus and
service orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to work independently and with
minimal direct supervision. Bachelor’s degree preferred. PMP Cert
Preferred Work Location This position is based in Corebridge
Financial’s Houston, TX, office and is subject to our hybrid
