Solutions in Houston , Texas As a CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, SETS
here at Honeywell, you will lead and direct all technology
activities for the business unit to drive innovation and deliver
products, lead and direct technologies and solutions that meet
customer innovation needs, and lead globally distributed design
centers to differentiate Honeywell's offering.You will report
directly to our Industrial Automation CTO and you'll work out of
our Houston, TX (or Raleigh, NC) location on a Hybrid work

RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and manage global design / technology
centers to drive innovation, execution and quality.Identify and
evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance products and
services. Define and maintain a technology roadmap, identifying key
milestones and initiatives.Lead transformation efforts relative to
New Product Development (NPD)Manage the technology budget and
ensure efficient allocation of resourcesOversee research and
development activities, ensuring the effective allocation of
resources to support product development and innovation
projects.Global customer interaction and solutioningBuild high
functioning business relationships across Engineering, Sourcing,
and Operations. Interface with technical managers, product line
engineers and the integrated supply chain as well as support
