Job Description:
POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of IT SCHEDULE: Monday through
Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some overtime and weekends may be
required WAGES: Commensurate with experience Sun Coast Resources,

a skilled, dedicated, and organized individual to join our Houston
team. The ideal candidate for this position will be willing and
eager to grow and learn within the IT department. RESPONSIBILITIES
Transport management Security and authorization Apply support
packages and patches Perform periodic system refreshes of QA
systems Monitor BW process chains and basic troubleshooting Monitor
and troubleshoot performance issues of SAP Systems and Oracle
databases NW Portal Administration, should have experience with
administration using NWA for portal, NWDI environments Solution
manager: CUA, MOPZ, CCMS monitoring Proficient in utilizing and
searching the SAP Service Marketplace (OSS) to retrieve and apply
Support Packages and SAP Notes Raise and manage customer messages

company REQUIREMENTS Experience in production support of ECC 6.0,
CRM 7.0, BW 7.0, Portal 7.3 and Solution Manager systems
Proficiency in utilizing and searching the SAP Service Marketplace
(OSS) to retrieve and apply support packages and SAP Notes
Experience with administration using NWA for portal, NWDI
environments Experience with Windows Server 2008 and Oracle
Database systems Ability to get along well with others in a fast
paced team environment At least five (5) years SAP Basis
Administrator experience Experience applying support packs,
enhancement packs, and add-ins Product-specific hands on experience
with Single and Dual stack systems including: ECC 6.0, CRM 7.0, EP
7.3, BW 7.01, and SOLMAN 7.1 Product specific hands on experience
with Oracle databases Experience configuring and maintaining SLD,
STMS/CTS, CCMS and Solution Manager 7.10 Experience with system
refreshes for ECC, BW and CRM Practical experience interfacing to
Third party technologies such as Vertex, Onbase, Groupware or Zytax
a plus Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work
under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining
high quality standards Problem solver; can quickly assess a
situation then develop and implement effective solutions Work with
application developers in defining software / hardware requirements
and in planning and delivering architecture Sun Coast Resources,
