Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel to support
and manage litigation and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing litigation and regulatory matters related to
unfair competition, marketing, consumer protection, and
intellectual property laws
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses,
motions, subpoenas, and legal memoranda
Provide legal review of contracts and compliance documents,
advising on competition-related issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in litigation focused on unfair competition,
deceptive trade practices, or intellectual property law
A law degree from an accredited institution
Must be licensed to practice in one or more US jurisdictions
Experience in litigation, including motion drafting and discovery
responses
Demonstrated interest and understanding of competition and consumer
protection laws
