Job Description:

Hazmat, dedicated to safeguarding environments across North America
through responsible handling and transportation of hazardous
materials. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and compliant
transport of hazardous waste from various customer sites to
designated facilities, adhering strictly to all federal, state, and
local regulations as well as company policies. Ideal candidates
will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, possess keen
attention to detail, and uphold the values of reliability and
integrity in all their duties. Operate Class B vehicles in a safe
and efficient manner. Load, transport, and deliver hazardous and
non-hazardous materials while following all safety procedures and
transportation laws. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to
ensure the equipment is maintained and safe. Prepare, maintain, and
provide accurate logs and records such as manifest documents and
operational checks. Communicate with dispatch and customers
effectively to ensure expectations and delivery schedules are met.
Participate in training and emergency response drills, staying
current on hazardous material handling procedures. Clean and
maintain the functionality of service equipment and transportation
vehicles. Proficiency in operating Class B vehicles with manual
transmission. Strong understanding of DOT and hazardous waste
regulations. Capability to manage and maintain detailed records and
logs. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle and
transport hazardous materials safely. Medical Insurance Dental

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat (H) endorsement.
Clean driving record. DOT physical examination certificate.
