Energy Technologies & Gas Distribution System to play a central
role in working collaboratively with construction, project
engineers, project managers, leaders and the SCM team to ensure
material and service requirements are planned and delivered
competitively and effectively.

What you will do:
--- Accountable for all aspects of contract management including
preliminary advice and strategy development, consolidating key
stakeholder requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams such
as Indigenous Engagement, PAC, Lan, Environmental, Cost Controls,
Construction, Safety and Quality, supporting development of
internal budget and contingency build-ups.
--- Leading the RFx process from RFx formation stage through
Proposals receipt, technical and commercial bid evaluation, writing
recommendations to gather business decisions for award and
facilitating contractor negotiations.
--- Facilitate approval of Contract Development Plans (CDP) &
Contract Award Recommendations (CAR)
--- Facilitate comprehensive contracts execution including drafting
scopes of work and commercial terms for various pricing models,
negotiate T&C's, issue contracts for internal stakeholder
approvals and preparing contracts for final execution with company
protocols and ethical standards.
--- Facilitate contract administration cycle through Change
Management process, invoice verification, completion achievement
and close out.
Who you are:
--- University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or
related field with a minimum of six (6) years of related experience
in the SCM field OR equivalent business knowledge acquired through
a combination of formal education and experience.
--- Shown communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and
presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive talents.
--- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in
Renewable Energy Projects considered a highly desirable asset.
--- Experience sourcing and administrating large ($100M+)
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Agreements
considered an asset.
Working conditions:
--- Typical office environment.
--- Minimal travel required, e.g., project sites, domestic and
foreign contractor facilities, Enbridge locations, occasionally
requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20
pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing,
sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect
color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability
to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written
instructions or other information, understand complex problems and
collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and
ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work
schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate
impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this
area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines,
complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and
basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
