Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company or clients
Introduce products or services in a professional and engaging
manner
Record detailed call notes and update lead information
accurately
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer
service is preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
