Job duties include reviewing the company's business processes and transactions to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions, developing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance with international and national regulations, performing export and import analysis by interpreting company products and their corresponding schedule B codes, maintaining Export Control Classification Number to comply with trade regulations, reviewing regulatory submissions and developing an effective action plans in response to requests by regulatory agencies, and developing and implementing a trade compliance program.
