Lawn Doctor is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals
to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians . In this role, youre
more than a technicianyoure a brand ambassador , helping customers
create healthier, greener lawns using top-quality products and
professional treatments. Important: We do not mow lawns. Our focus
is on lawn and landscape health through expert treatments,
aeration, and preventative care. If you enjoy working outdoors,
value independence, and take pride in delivering great results,
this could be the perfect fit. At Lawn Doctor, we believe in
growing our people just as much as we grow lawns. What Youll Do:
Apply professional lawn and landscape treatments Perform lawn
aeration and related services Provide outstanding customer service
in the field Identify and recommend additional services when
appropriate Perform basic shop and equipment work Work
independently while meeting daily production goals What Were
Looking For: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Valid
drivers license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation
to and from work Lawn care or related outdoor work experience
(preferred) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
conditions Ability to operate machinery and equipment Ability to
lift 50 pounds Good written and verbal communication skills Ability
