As a real estate acquisitions agent, you will be responsible for closing high ticket transactions. You'll be building relationships with property owners and negotiating 6 figure deals. The ideal candidate will be a great salesperson with a proven track record of closing deals and building rapport with clients in high-ticket sales environments. This role requires a high level of motivation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. Individuals with high-performing athletics, leadership experience or military experience will fit right in.

--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
--- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Attend phone appointments with property owners, build trust, and close the deal
--- Keep track of your goals and daily metrics
--- Attend daily training and continuously sharpen your skills

Qualifications:

--- Great communication and social skills
--- Past sales experience is preferred

--- Organized and manages time effectively
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- Requires a positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback as well in addition to providing feedback to the team
