communication skills. About the Role We are seeking a
detail-oriented Inside Technical Sales Support professional for our
Houston, TX location. This is a hybrid role -three days remote and
two days in-office each week, with flexibility at the discretion of
your manager. In this role, you will be a key partner to our Sales
Account Managers, ensuring a seamless sales support experience from
initial inquiry to final quote. You'll analyze service reports,
prepare proposals, coordinate across departments, and maintain
accurate CRM records, all while delivering a high-quality customer
experience. Key Responsibilities Generate accurate service and
equipment quotes based on defined project scopes Analyze service
reports and technician notes to identify follow-up opportunities
Maintain CRM (Acumatica) with up-to-date customer activity and
pipeline data Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Service,
Engineering, Purchasing, and Accounting Communicate professionally
with clients and escalate urgent concerns appropriately Streamline
internal workflows using Microsoft tools (Forms, Teams, Power Apps,
etc.) Support administrative needs such as documentation, renewals,
and compliance paperwork What You Bring 2 years in technical sales
or inside sales support (electrical/industrial systems preferred)
Familiarity with UPS systems, DC power, or critical power
infrastructure a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and
CRM platforms Basic understanding of electrical terminology a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Career
Path Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience
and region) Commissions available on top of base salary Annual
