welcomed. We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the
Houston and surrounding areas in the Power Generation markets. FCX
Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a
leading process flow control company. Position Summary: The Outside
Sales Representative is responsible for growing revenue, margin and
market share for a flow control portfolio for the Power Generation
Market. This role owns the day-to-day commercial relationship with
power producers and related EPCs, OEMs, general contractors, and
key vendor partners, driving bookings through account management,
solution selling and field coordination with service operations.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Growth Own a defined territory plan
to deliver bookings, revenue and gross margin targets. Develop and
execute account strategies for top regional sites (utility and
non-utility power generating facilities), as well as related EPCs,
OEMs, general contractors and other supporting stakeholders,
including opportunity mapping, call cadence, and multi-level
stakeholder coverage. Grow market share through selling across
product lines and upgrading severe service, critical isolation
valves, control valves, actuation, instrumentation and aftermarket
service. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (CRM) with accurate
close dates, probability and margin visibility. Customer & Site
Engagement: Conduct regular site visits, lead customer meetings and
coordinate plant walkdowns to identify MRO and project
opportunities. Support outage/turnaround planning with customers.
Maintain strong relationships with Maintenance, Reliability,
Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Procurement. Why Join Us?
